I have been with Thompson House since they very first started, and cannot put into words how amazing Rob and the team are. Every single person goes above and beyond for myself and my horses. Both Bradley and Tracey on reception are polite and professional, but also have every single horses best interest at heart. Brad even loads my mare on the box for my mum who is nervous (and small!) when I am not able to attend and is just a genuinely amazing person inside and out. I like the fact they are small and very personable. For me that’s important when you have two mares, one a senior who has had laminitis and the younger mare who suffers with equine asthma. The team put on some really interesting talks such as a recent one on Strangles which was so informative.
